My summer internship at Talcott Mountain Science Center and Academy was based in the Marketing Department, but I found it important to support staff and students beyond my assigned role. By assisting where needed and engaging, I was able to build strong connections with both the high school scholars and staff. This experience gave me a true sense of teamwork and belonging, allowing me to contribute meaningfully to the academy’s mission.
